Historical information

On Christmas Eve 1944 Panzers of 2. SS Division coming from the "Baraque de Fraiture" were heading to the village of "Grandmenil" where they met a barrage of Shermans, they broke it, however the following day US troops captured back the village. The Panther presented here has been left abandonned by its tank crew due to fuel shortage.
